Babies as young as five months old usually measure around 27 inches, while the length of this baby bath mat sponge is about 20 inches. If a child's legs can be extended into the bathtub, the bath mat sponge product can be used.
I took it apart and hung it vertically beneath the bathroom sink. This is the best baby bath solution if you don't have a lot of space! It's not even close to the size of a baby tub.

It's simply overpriced in this case. Thicker? What do you mean by thicker? I needed a second one, so I bought another foam that was exactly like this for $6. This one cost me $10, but I was willing to pay more because it claims to be thicker. I was completely incorrect in my assumption. Perhaps they meant thicker than before or thicker than the competition, I reasoned. Nope. This foam is identical to the $6 one, so you might as well get the $6 one and save $4.
It arrived squished, but when submerged in water, it sponges up. This item was great because it allowed me to bathe my baby while she was comfortable laying on it.
It makes bath time for both him and me a breeze! We're good after I plug the drain in my shower, place him on the sponge, and cover him with two washcloths to keep him warm. He appears to be having a great time and appears to be completely relaxed the entire time, making for a stress-free bath time!.
Bathing in the sink or in the tub is a breeze. It dries quickly and takes up little space when stored. It would also be ideal for travel.
I ordered this because our baby bath did not have an infant insert. It has made bath time much more convenient, but I wish it had straps or some other way to secure it to the baby bath tub. My daughter doesn't fall off, but the whole thing slowly slides down and drags her along, so we have to reposition it several times per bath. Because it takes little effort or time to readjust, I only docked one star. Overall, it's a nice, soft surface for my daughter to recline against while she bathes, and it's a lot easier/faster to wash and dry than those giant plushy flowers, etc. that sit in your sink.

It acts as a soft cushion, preventing them from slipping. br>br>It's thick, soft, and comfortable, as well as simple to clean. I simply wash it, wring it out gently, and hang it to dry. Mold or bad odors have never been a problem for me. br>br>The extra sponges that come with it are soft and gentle enough to replace a washcloth. My two-year-old enjoys playing with them as well.

When our 4 month old granddaughter sleeps over, I ordered this bath sponge to keep in our kitchen sink. It's exactly as it says- a large sponge that fits in a kitchen sink and can be used to sit on by the baby. I didn't want to store a traditional baby bath because my house is starting to resemble a nursery once more! This item is suitable for infants as well as a quick bath. Because it's so thin, I'm not sure how long it'll last with regular use, hence the three stars. This isn't an issue for me because I won't be using it on a regular basis.
