I work with young children who have limited muscles and control over their hands as an Early Intervention Specialist, and I use this toy with them. It has a fun sound, is light in weight, and bends around children's fingers, making it a great first toy to hold! br>br>This toy is also simple to sanitize; after each use, I spray it with hydrogen peroxide and let it air dry.
For babies, these are ideal first toys. In case my toddler becomes bored, I keep one in my diaper bag at all times. He's only two months old and has only recently begun to grasp and hold onto objects.
