All four sides are covered in sticky strips. They're also extremely durable!
Yes, they're free of BPA! The BPA-free label can be found on the outside of the package in the bottom right corner.
Amazon was used to place the order - Instead of the 3x20 as shown, I received one large bag of 60. Bummer - It was simple to toss a 20 pack into the kid's bag.

I first learned about these while dining at Chick-fil-A. fil- Even when I used wet wipes or Purell hand sanitizing wipes to wipe down the tables, it was still gross for my kids to eat off the restaurant table. What I like about them: br>br> br>br>1) They're a good size (12"x18") for my kids at their current ages of 15 months and two years. 5 years. br>br>2) They have adorable animal, word, and number graphics. 6 (as seen in photos). br>br>3) All four edges have adhesive. br>br>4) They keep things cleaner during the meal, and cleanup is a breeze afterwards. br>br>5) They take up no room in my diaper bag at all. I put 8- Place ten in a ziplock bag and place it in the flat side pocket. br>br>6) They think I'm supermom when I whip these out and hand out extras for their kids when we go out to eat. br>br>For a variety of reasons, I docked a star: 1) When peeling off the adhesive strips, it makes a lot of noise. If you're in a quieter restaurant, everyone in the establishment will stare at you for about 30 seconds. br>br>2) The plastic backing clings to you after you peel them off. It's as if getting them off is impossible. So I simply place them on the children to keep them occupied while I set up the mat. br>br>3) My kids can peel them off fairly easily. I've found that wrapping the bottom edge of the mat around the edge of the table and folding it under the bottom works best, and then distracting them with the toy cars I keep in my diaper bag at all times works even better. br>br>In my opinion, the benefits outweigh the disadvantages. That's why, despite the fact that I've probably only used about a third of the first pack, I've just ordered my second! br>br>I hope you found this information useful.
They also have adhesive on the top and bottom (two sides, but all four corners), and I've never had a problem with them not sticking well enough or leaving residue. In terms of germs, it's perfectly safe to let your baby eat from the table because it only goes to their stomach, where the hydrochloric acid kills the majority of bacteria. I was more concerned about the cleaning chemicals used on tables, as well as bacteria that are more resistant to antibiotics, such as c. diff. These are BPA-free, so you can rest easy knowing your child isn't ingesting any strange plasticy chemicals, and they're also environmentally friendly. Everything is contained in a single resealable bag. I remove a few and store them in a quart-size ziplock bag in my diaper bag. The only annoyance is that you're left with two clear cellophane-like strips after you remove the adhesive strips and stick them on. Because crumbling them up causes them to unscramble, I usually keep them in my purse for later disposal or hand them over to the wait staff. Another great advantage is that you can roll up all of the scraps at the end of the meal. Fortunately, my child isn't a slob. yet! I just don't like making messes, and these are extremely helpful in this regard. I looked at a lot of them, and these were by far the best value for money. For your convenience, I've attached photos of the front and back.
This was the first time my wife and I saw it at Chick-fil-A. Fil- A and I thought it was such a brilliant idea that we took down the manufacturer's information and ordered it from Amazon. This is ideal for food courts or shabby restaurants where you don't know if the tables and floors (or bathrooms) are cleaned with the same rags. They have two peel-and-stick strips that run across the mat in a diagonal pattern. I wish they had designed it so that the tape backer was actually attached to the mat and you didn't have to put the two strips of tape backer on the table, but it's a minor annoyance. This may also allow you to use the mat throughout the day. br>br>Apart from that, it's a fantastic, disposable, clean eating surface that our toddler loves. We get a lot of questions and compliments about it.
For such a large pack, this is a fantastic price! Everyone wants to know where we got it. We use it for our children in restaurants and on airplanes (for that filthy plane table in front of our children that they love to put their hands and faces on). )br>br>When I first used it, I thought it only had two sticky strips on the top and bottom. On all four sides of the placemat, however, there is a sticky strip. It's quite stable and well-designed if all four strips are used. secured. br>br>Waitstaff have thanked me for using these because it allows us to quickly clean up after messy toddlers. Before leaving a restaurant, we remove the placemat and wrap it around their entire mess. And all of a sudden, the seat in which they were sitting appears to be spotless.
Adhesive strips on all four sides. Sticks to the table and is easy to remove, providing a clean surface for children who drop everything on the table. It is also light and portable, making it easy to carry a few in the diaper bag. One thing that might be a little less difficult: getting a hold of the adhesive strip's backing To get it started, you'll have to fold the plastic almost in half and roll the backing between your fingers. Nonetheless, we adore them!.
Our baby girl is seven months old. I bought these for restaurants to set finger foods on because she can sit up in a high chair and eat them. In less than 30 seconds, she annihilated them. I tried tucking one end under the table as another person suggested, but it didn't work- She simply tore it from the side of the table and shoved it into her mouth. We had to throw out the ones we tried to use and simply offer her food in our hands instead because the crinkly plastic is just too tempting.
