The pros are What a gorgeous package, I really like it. I find that it is a great size for me. It fits under my medium-sized table as well as the high chair, so it is perfect for my toddler and baby. The bib shirt is yet to be opened as you can see from my pictures but I cannot wait to try it out. Overall, I am impressed with this product, however, the cons are that it gets dirty so quickly and is just attracting everything. So far, no food has dropped on it, but it has been wiped daily from other things. My only wish would be that they had heavy spots at the corners like others I've seen. Although it is expensive, I think it is worth the money. The only way to describe it is Oh my God! I love how easy it is to clean the splat mat! Stains come out easily when I wash it in the washer every night! This product has saved my life and my carpet on a daily basis! If you have kids, you must purchase this book! Moreover, I dry it every night and it is of such high quality that nothing is affecting it at all. You can just toss the splat mat into the washer if kids eat anything that has red pasta sauce on it, like spaghetti. My only stain I had to scrub really hard was those two. Otherwise, I just throw it in with a little stain remover and throw it in one of my regular loads of laundry to make it look I like it a lot!.

There was a mention in the description of machine washing. There are specific instructions on whether or not to wash it in a machine or with warm water as well as not to dry it. In essence, I don't like this, but on the other hand I think it's beautiful. As my apartment only has one strip of tile in my galley kitchen, I have no choice but to put the highchair on carpet, so finding a highchair that would save my carpet was really all I wanted. It does wipe up nicely, but the fact that I'm not able to completely wash this would make it less than ideal for me. It has the no-skid feature on the back, so I'd probably be fine with it if I had tile. It'll be interesting to see what happens. The cost of the book is only 20 dollars, so it does not matter if it gets damaged! This is much cheaper than having to replace our carpet whenever we move! My toddler is like Houdini when it comes to bibs as she tears them off at the first sign of trouble. My smock is precious and the Velcro is heavy duty which is perfect for her. As for washing, I have yet to see how well it will do.

I would describe this product as a basic floor protector, but it doesn't stick to the floor at all (our kitchen is ceramic tile) and it is extremely thin, basically like vinyl backed with a mesh My chair gets caught when I roll it but is still able to roll straight without being lifted. I found it easy to clean and showed up well in the washing machine. However, I think for the price, it has not lived up to the hype. Placing painters' plastic down and being done would be just as effective.

We have carpet at our place, so this mat is a godsend. Every time we feed her, we place the tray under her chair. This way she can play with her food and get a little dirty every time, and we don't have to worry about cleaning all the time. About eight months ago I purchased this for my now eight month old son. The little poncho does not irritate him or his skin because it is so comfortable. It was easy to pick up his stuff and hand it back to him. The mat is also perfect. I feel comfortable picking up and picking up his stuff from it. Having it prevents me from having to vacuum up a million pieces of yogurt melt into the I give this so far a 5 out of 5.
