A lug replacement was a direct fit to a Titan 2WD from 2006 that took about 20 minutes to replace. After removing the tire, the brake pad assembly and the rotor, I cleaned them up. Using a hammer, I was able to use enough length to whack a couple of times on the lug. In just a few minutes, the broken lug was out. To insert the lug, I had to rotate the axle a bit so there would be an opening big enough. Then I used a Lisle 22800 Wheel Stud Installer that I got from Amazon as well after I got the lug through the hole. I used that device to pull the lug straight into the hub and it worked great.
THERE IS ONE THING YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT. There is a problem with the thread on these, and the lug nuts cannot be easily installed by hand. Approximately 1 cm after the first cutting, you will need to switch to a tool or machine. If you are willing to go through the challenges, then buy it,.
The second prize is mine. I would give the review a 0 star rating if I could. The 2 packs of 10 I ordered only came with 2 studs. A waste of money.
This is what I installed on my 98 Nissan Maxima and they were very easy to install using just WD-68 The new ones went in with ease and I hammered the old ones out to remove them and placed washers between them for installation. They were torqued to the recommended specs so that they would not come out or anything like that. I am very satisfied with them. Great value for the money.
It replaced the wheel studs on the front hubs on my 2003 Nissan Altima perfectly. I had to replace the wheel bearings and thought I might as well change the wheel studs given that the car had over 200k miles and I had the hubs off. I used a 20 ton shop press to remove and replace the.
When I ordered these studs, I wrote the year and model of my car. I have a 2005 FX35 , the seller said the parts would fit, however, upon trying to install them, they were too small and awkward to install When I attempted to begin the return process, I was told it was closed**** I just wanted to get the right part in the right size, but I cannot get my money back or the right part **BAD BUSINESS****s.
It appears that the item description says that the package of 10 has one stud, however I only need one. Only one was sent to me. There is a lot of BS out there, so.
My 2007 Nissan Altima 2 was able to fit perfectly in these. S. 5l. When I bought it, I found that the right front tire was missing two lugs and lug nuts. Thus, I bought this and the gorilla chrome lug nuts and they both worked well.
