It was a perfect fit for the rear tires of my John Deere 2210. It measures between 16 and 17 inches in length. To get them on, I needed a hook tool. Stretching them otherwise is impossible.
There will be no rusting and the spring tension will be maintained. The price was well worth it.

These spring loaded tighteners are perfect for fitting my chains to the tires!br>br>"Oh how I will miss the rotting rubber bands that break constantly that I've used for years". . . said no one ever!.
They've just arrived. They fit my wheeler well, and I prefer the four-spring design to a competitor's five-spring design. The springs are of excellent quality. I am confident that they will perform admirably for a significantly lower cost.
These are simple to put together, but you may need pliers if you're wearing gloves in the cold. br>I haven't used them yet, so I can't say for sure how long they will last, but they appear to be well made.
Enough is enough!.
It was ideal for my 26x12 atv tires.
