The problem is. Since I've been using MIG for quite some time, I've done it both for personal and business needs. As far as comparisons with more expensive units go, this machine is pretty good out of the box. This unit, as well as most others in the same category, uses compressed air for plasma cutting and argon for tig welding, so the gas can only be fed through one port. I have so far been able to cut accurately with the pilot plasma arc. This is my first experience with plasma cutting, and I'm sure I have a lot to learn. In terms of residential use, however, this may be the ultimate piece of equipment I use. By comparison, abrasive cutters took a longer time to cut through stainless steel. Plasma cutting plus stick welding plus TIG welding are not cumulative. 1 minute plasma cutting + 2 minutes stick welding + 1 minute TIG welding. The term "six minutes" is used figuratively. A couple of weeks ago, I was using the Chinese app Ali to do something or another. They are made at the same facilities or in the same areas of Since it has such good reviews, although only 14 at the time I write this, I thought I would take a chance on it. I found the air flow knob had fallen off immediately when I pulled the unit out of the box and moved it around. As a result, I tightened the screw that held the tile on and was able to replace the tile. It's not a bad thing, but it indicates a lower level of quality than is acceptable, and hopefully it does not indicate any ill effects to the occupant. I followed the instructions and setup the air flow regulator and fitting, but they were pretty much Chinese junk when I got it right. The seal would not close no matter how much I tightened it, and I used Teflon tape which I had on hand, maybe it isn't a great idea. A fitting that holds a red tube for the dial indicator on the front snapped off inside the regulator, making the dial indicator A $50 discount and the ability to buy my own regulator and fittings would have been much more preferable to me. As soon as I emailed tech support, I got a prompt reply. Due to its positive reviews and the fact that it is covered by a three year warranty, I purchased this unit. Sadly, I have not been able to even use it yet, so I'm not sure if it'll last that long. It may just be a matter of following my own regulations. If this ever starts to work I will update this review then. For now, it's a I have updated. This problem is being handled by them. I am very happy with the support and it is exceptional. Until I confirm the unit, I need to verify it. We will have more updates in the near future.
