At low psi, this oxygen regulator is difficult to read; The majority of the time, I'm guessing. The oxygen regulator was replaced with a Victor model G150- Cyberweld's number is 540.
All that's required for this kit is a propane-specific cutting tip. Because it was designed to connect to another CGA-compatible device, the acetylene regulator will technically work with propane. The 510 valve is a type of valve. Apart from acetylene, the kit also includes a grade T hose that can be used with other fuel gases.
I'm not sure; I can only cut up to an inch. I'm sorry I can't be of more assistance.
The torch is small in size.

This is an attractive torch set with excellent functionality. The only thing to keep in mind is the hoses' short length. You'll either have to replace them or tie them in a different length because it's annoying to be tied so close to your tanks and not be able to move around as needed. I didn't realize it until I was setting up to heat up a part on my excavator for the first time, and I had to be careful not to tip over my tanks. If you're setting up one of those small carriers and certain setups, or even for others, I think this is a great set. Just get another length of hoses.
The price is well worth it, though the regulators and short hose are only 'okay. ' I was able to quickly set up and begin cutting with this. It's well worth the money, but you'll need at least 60 psi oxygen and 5 psi acetylene to get good results. The rosebud is also a good choice. The regulators, on the other hand, are so poorly designed that getting them into view is difficult. The old- The flow nob is located in front of the much larger gauges on school regulators. The gauges on these newer models are teeny-tiny. Because they're small and have the knob on the side, you can't put them on the acetylene tank so that they're always visible without the hose twisting the wrong way. It works fine; however, having a hose that is prone to kinking is inconvenient. Although the hose is about 12 feet long and functional, I would prefer that it not be so close to an explosive gas. Overall, it's a good setup for the money, but I would have gladly paid less if they had the old-school version. This kit also includes a school regulator option.
I bought this to replace my 35-year-old Victor set, which was showing signs of wear and tear. Good torches, but I'm not a fan of the new gauges. 3-bar oxygen pressures are used for the majority of torch work. You can't read those low pressures accurately if they're less than 5 pounds. They're fine for cutting oxygen that weighs more than 25 pounds. For an additional $100 or so, I purchased a different oxygen gauge that could read at those pressures.
This is a very high-quality product. Set of high quality. My old hoses were leaking profusely (even with duct tape), and the gauges were long past their prime. A new set was in order! br>These gauges are extremely safe. Around the gauges, there are thick plastic protectors with large, heavy-duty knobs. Matching duty handles br>Comes with a cutting head and a handy assortment of tips. Victor continues to produce excellent work.
Except for the tanks, this kit includes everything you'll need to cut acy/oxy. Although the hose is only 12 feet long, it is of good quality and comes with a T-fitting. rated, allowing you to use other gases if necessary. I'm new to welding and cutting, but it cut 1/4 and 3/8 plate like butter once I got it dialed in. This is a fantastic set.
I'm sure it'll be fantastic once it's up and running, but the regulator hissed horribly as soon as I connected the oxygen bottle to the regulator and opened the valve. I called Victor and found out that the regulators are covered by a 5-year warranty, which is great, but I'd rather it just work. I'm about to find out how well Amazon's warranty department collaborates with them.
This was a gift for someone. I've had the same kit for several years and am extremely happy with it. It's especially appealing to me because it's set up for multi-tasking. gas use. The item was delivered in good condition. undamaged and well-packaged I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived two days ahead of schedule.
This Victor outfit had an extra heating nozzle and was less expensive than most of the others. The regulator's hoses and handle have never caused me any problems. Rather than buying one of the others, I'm glad I kept looking and found this setup.
