I have a reboot 50 amp plasma cutter that I purchased this replacement electrodes kit for and would have been happy with it except the isoillation blocks that keep your tip the correct height off of what you are cutting are not made with a chrome finish, so when you are cutting something the guide just sticks to the metal (Sparks almost weld it to what you are cutting) and you can't drag them by themselves, making the whole setup basically worthless even though the electrodes are new. My originals are thicker, stiffer, and have a chrome finish, and they work perfectly.
It was a lot less expensive than buying from Primeweld. These were purchased to go with my Primeweld CT- Welder with three cutters in one, model 5200. br>All of the components are in good working order. Chinese bulk products in plastic bags are the most common. But here's the kicker: They are comfortable to wear and effective. br>br>The Primeweld spare parts kit did not fit. What does that say about the quality of your product? In any case, these components are nearly identical to the ones that came with my welder. One of the ceramic shields did not fit properly, but at this price, it's not a big deal. I'm unconcerned about it. It can be used again.
These fit perfectly and appear to work just as well as the originals on my Primeweld Cut50 (not pilot arc). They also came at a reasonable price. This set appealed to me because it included wire guides to keep the cutting tip from catching on the material. Unfortunately, they keep the tip far too far away from the work surface for it to be effective. Perhaps on a pilot arc machine, but not on a scratch start machine: It's probably my fault for not understanding the differences between the wire guides because I'm new to plasma cutting.
It's a consumable for the plasma torch. For my cutter, it's the right one. The ones that were suggested and bought with the cutter were incorrect.
Work efficiently. Cut 50 plasma cutter replacement consumables. The standoffs are a little flimsy and get knocked off, but they work well.
They don't fit the Lotos plasma torch, and I didn't return them within the thirty-day period, so I'm stuck with them.
The rest of the consumables appear to be in working order, but I haven't had the opportunity to test them yet.
The wire stands are a waste of money because they burn in half the first time they are used.
