It's not your question, but it holds up wherever it's nade. I've had mine for a long time and it's still going strong. Nothing has worn out or come loose, and they're all interchangeable, which is nice.
They are 6" x 17" in size. With a size of 5" x 1", you can create a unique design. They're fantastic. This item is extremely durable. Please accept my apologies for not noticing the email sooner. It's most likely too late for you, but it might be useful for others. It appears that a surprising number of sellers are unconcerned about such basic information.
Yes, if you're talking about 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, and 1/2 inch trays, as long as they're the same type.

9/16/20 UPDATE: br>br>I bought the 80 piece on December 9, 2018, and I've been very pleased with it since then. Now I'm in need of a second one for extra socket pieces and a hex 3/8 drive set, so I just bought one on 4/28/20. br>br>I've had these for 21 months and they're still going strong. So far, I've had no problems with it. I'm probably an average user because I keep the socket holder in my bench drawer and only use it once or twice a week to work on something else. br>br>I gave durability a 4 only because I haven't used it long enough to verify "durability. " If it hadn't lasted at least three years, I wouldn't consider it durable. I've been using it for four years. br>br>I also gave the lock feature a four instead of a five because I believe it could be better. But, once again, so far, everything has gone well. Because I use 3/8" clips, I had to replace almost all of the 12" and 14" clips. CLIPS: br>br> br> br> br> br> br> That is, in fact, my major complaint: it takes no effort to attach the clips. How difficult can it be to select four sets of any size? Thankfully, some of the clips from other manufacturers work. When I bought my first socket organizer, I bought two packs of 24 clips from Olsa, and then on 4/28/20, I ordered another 24 pack at the same time as my second ARES socket organizer. They are in perfect working order. But that's nonsense! br>br> I should have the option of selecting what I require - This is true for all of the creators of these multi-dimensional products. I would have given Ares at least one star if it hadn't been for the socket holders. Now I'm stuck with a bag full of worthless 1/4" and 1/2" clips that I had to pay for. br>br>Just so you know, the organizer's exact dimensions are 6" x 17". br>Once you've got the 1. Handle is 5" wide and 18" long, with a 5" wide handle. 5". 1/2" socket clips are used to make a 1" height. br>The following are examples of precise measurements: The handle measures 5 17/16" x 17" and the size of the box is 5 17/16" x 17". 4 4/8" x 1 1/4" 5".
I'm the kind of guy who makes small to medium-sized toolboxes for specific uses. Essentially, there's a go bag for every hobby. However, as my life progressed, I was able to eliminate some of my hobbies, so it was only natural to consolidate. This socket holder played a significant role in it. I initially purchased one. What a fool. I now have two, with a few more clips on the way. lol. Yes, more clips are on the way. The 3/8 clips have held on to my collection of heavy sparkplug sockets with ease, as well as the ridiculous number of 10mm (5) and 1/2" (7) sockets I have. br>As you might expect, this 80 socket model becomes quite heavy when fully loaded. That's something you can't change. The convenience of being able to move so many sockets at once, on the other hand, cannot be overstated. I used to keep my sockets on individual rails or in the socket holders that came with them. Although I wouldn't put this 80 socket contraption on the concrete when I'm under a car, it does feel superior. It's too big and heavy for me, and it constantly gets in the way because it refuses to move. br>It appears that this model is only made by one company. According to what I've seen, Ares, Mechan Tools, OEMTools, and Olsa are all selling the same thing. br>This is unquestionably a well-made product.
off about which I only learned after the fact, and that is: If you go with the cheaper version of this, you'll have to buy a whole kit that includes the 1/4 1/2 sizes as well, which is a waste of money and less quantity of the desired socket inserts(and don't bother asking the seller to make a kit, because they won't, I already tried), whereas this company will offer you the size socket insert you want for the same price, and you can tell the difference in quality.
Not only are they compatible, but they also perform exceptionally well. I have a large collection of Ernst manufacturing socket rails, but they are single rails that are cumbersome to lug around in my tool caddy when I'm playing mechanic. I had hoped they would be compatible with this Ares set, but they are just a little too wide, causing them to wiggle around. br>br>I had hoped they would be compatible with this Ares set, but they are just a little too wide, causing them to wiggle around on my pegboard on display, which looks sweet but gets old fast. br>br>I had hoped they would be compatible with this Ares set, but they are just a They stay put, but if you pick it up by the handle, you'll hear a lot of clanking sockets. They'll work if you don't mind the noise and minor annoyance of the clip moving, and they'll save you money on expanding the set.
This socket organizer is simple to use, sturdy, and well constructed. br>br>I purchased a second of these organizers from Olsa, which appears to be identical. The ARES is 20% cheaper at the time of this review than any other other other other other other other other other other other other other% I noticed that the same organizer is being sold by a number of other Amazon sellers. br>br>This product comes with only one warning: The socket holders/clips are mounted on a steel base plate and slide onto sturdy plastic tracks. Only one end of the track can be removed and reinstalled at a time. This means that if you forget to count or need to change the size of a clip, such as from 3/8" to 1/2", you'll have to remove all of the clips installed after the one you're changing. The clips are very easy to place on the tracks, but removing them is a little more difficult because you must depress a stiff plastic retaining tab while sliding each clip over the tab. So, before you start organizing your sockets, think about what you want to accomplish.
This is a high-quality product in general. This set is of excellent quality and securely holds all of my sockets. However, I had to deduct one star because the product description is inaccurate (though the image is). There are 24 1/2", 12 3/8", and 12 1/4" holders on each tray. It's not difficult to replace, but knowing ahead of time would have been preferable.
My humanity is saved by this. It's nice when people compliment you on how cool you are or how much they enjoy your work. However, what matters most is how much I enjoy it. br>br> br>It saves me a lot of time, effort, and aggravation. br>It's so valuable when it comes to dealing with the unexpected. It's like those Snickers commercials in that it keeps you from going insane and hulking out because you can't find any sockets. There is no way to undo what has happened. When people see that kind of frustration, they don't know where it's coming from, so organization is essential if you work with the public in any capacity.
