made for the purpose of making money The plastic handles on my previous kit had broken. Hopefully, the all-metal handles will avoid this. I believe there is enough plugs in here to last a lifetime - At the very least, I'm hoping I'll never need that many (30). The needle tool is to be coated with rubber cement, according to the instructions. Although the kit does not include rubber cement, it does include lubricant. That's what I'm guessing they're getting at. The plugs are sticky enough that they shouldn't require any additional cement. Rubber cement is not included in any other kit that I've seen or used. I also needed to tighten the set screws on the handles, and I didn't have a hex wrench. I had extras from previous purchases, so it wasn't a big deal.
I've used this kit a few times now, and each repair has held up beautifully! I'm really happy I chose this kit. Everything I'll ever need is included. It's also a good idea to get an air compressor to keep on hand in case you need to re-inflate your tire after you've finished working. br>Meanwhile, I'll give it a 3. 5 out of 5 stars 10/10.
It lasts up to about a year and a half. Nails or screws with a diameter of 1/8" cause punctures. br>br>Turn your steering wheel to expose the outer part of the tread. The wheel does not have to be removed. br>br>Apply lube to the string plug and insertion tool as a whole. If you use a flat blade screwdriver to widen the eye of the tool, it will be easier to insert the plug. br>br>Saved me from having to buy a new tire because the mechanic refused to use a patch due to the puncture's location.
This is an excellent purchase. It was exactly as described in the advertisement. I'd buy it again and tell everyone about it. It was exactly what I was looking for. HI cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee cheeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Great kit, very well made. The only thing, and I mean only one thing, that would improve this kit is if it included glue. This isn't a big deal; I've done it without glue more than with it, but I still give it 5 stars*****.
