I never expected that this tire pressure gauge and inflation device would perform as well as it does. As far as the build quality is concerned, it is excellent. It is easy to read while inflating. I use it in my garage for my cars and other accessories, inflatable mattresses, balls, etc. The locking chuck is not as good as it could be, as it is hard to seat it on the valve, so I just tossed it aside and attached a different chuck that I already had. Ideally, I would like to be able to lock the chuck. However, I am not sure if the one I got has just a slight defect or that its nature simply affects In any case, does not change the gauge in any way. This gauge is accurate, and I have tested it with a analog gauge, as well as the onboard computer of the car. In the absence of a PSI display during inflation, one criticism of the gauge is that it only displays it when the lever is released. The one I would order to keep in my Jeep for use with my 150PSI onboard air compressor would be a good backup. The compressor at my home is 150 PSI as well. In my case, a design with open flow will do just fine.
