Questions & Answers

Can you tell me how many lumens the flashlight has?

It has enough brightness for what you need it for.

A bleeder for removing air is present on this gauge?

The answer is yes. A flash light is a perfect air bleeder because of its size.

In many reviews, it was noted that people had battery issues. Have any of these gauges been having problems with the batteries. What are the chances of all the battery indicators failing?

What a great question! Thank you very much! As a matter of fact, I presume that the icon of the semicolon is Charging (discharging) the battery was merely a confusing UI solution, and when the battery was in fact discharged the icon would start blinking or something like that. There's no way I could have predicted this! Icon of battery is a fake in this gauge! The 2 pairs of discharged batteries have been placed inside the gauge specially. Even with the slight load, my battery meter showed it was still capable of holding 2V. (Rather than only measuring the voltage like usual voltmeters, it loads the checking battery. 2) The second paring could not support any load and was only able to bear 1 pound. By using a normal voltmeter, 1V is shown. gauge could get power from the first pair, but the battery icon did not show the batteries low voltage even though the gauge could get power. As soon as I inserted the second pare, the gauge simply stopped working. Let me tell you what I think of The gauge does NOT display any indication of how much battery has been discharged. As long as the batteries are OK, the gauge should work just fine. But if you turn on the gauge and it doesn't launch, most likely the batteries have been Finally, to bring this short study to an end, I would like to bring your attention to the fact that after using the cells for more than 3 months the current batteries (GP Super Alkaline AAA) are still at roughly their original voltage level. It is likely that I will reduce my rating after that to 4 stars.

Would you know where a replacement for my (head nozzle) can be found?

Amazon is a good option, right? There's no way I could say.

Selected User Reviews For AstroAI Digital Tire Pressure Gauge, 230 PSI 4 Settings Heavy Duty for Car Bicycle with Larger Backlit LCD Flashlight and Non-Slip, Black

It features a unique feature that makes it stand out in the measuring tool industry
5/5

It is a great tool for measuring tire pressure, if you sum it up, the Tire Pressure Gauge by AstroAI Digital. You can find some details /(Please note that An air pressure gauge for tires. ) What do I expect from the 'perfect' This is *1/1. An accurate translation. * ** 2. You should be able to use it easily. 1. 2. 3. A reliable and durable product. 4 *br TPG by AstroAI is a decent product at a reasonable price. Here is what I can say about it after using it for more than 3 months. 1

It is not possible for me to confirm whether it is accurate or not because I do not have access to the calibrated professional TPG. This TPG shows the opposite of the value It has two digital TPGs I own (one is the SmartPro Digital Tire Inflator Pump as it has a built-in TPG and the other is my old TPG). There are two types of digital TPGs I have. In my opinion, this is an acceptable level of This is especially true, when you consider the fact that tire pressure can vary significantly according to environmental factors, for example, Difference of at least 1 psi (for small and middle sized windows Tire size) to each 10 degree difference in It is better to check tire pressure early in the morning or late in 1. ) AND 2. Unlike most of the others, this TPG has a unique appearance. (Rather than trying to describe what the difference is, check out a number of TPGs on Amazon and you can see However, what is important is that it is easy to hold during the measurement process and that it fits the valves of my car's tires perfectly (there are no Moreover, its display has excellent contrast and the numbers are clearly visible during the day and at night, as well as on a sunny day. A rechargeable battery). The only disadvantage of this method is that I would have to replace the batteries once a year (or more often) if I used it. The two types of batteries are usually different from one another but alkaline batteries are usually safer Battery that can be recharged with lithium. In addition, there is one special feature that I want to Based on the experiences I have had and what I have read about, digital TPGs generally behave as follows The TPG turns off immediately thereafter. It might be confusing to check the pressure of another tire at the same time. In any case, I usually ask for a long-term commitment It turned out that the power button on my old TPG was pressed twice, once to turn it off, and again to turn it on. In response, smart folks from AstroAI asked themselves a simple question - how many tires we need to check during a single session. It may be common practice for most of us to check the pressure in each tire on the car. Thus, the simple yet brilliant solution was implemented - after you checked the pressure in the first tire, then after about ten minutes, you should check the remaining tires It takes this TPG 15 seconds to reset the recently gathered data and prepare for a new measurement. You may want to check another tire in another 10 minutes if you do not want to. You have 15 seconds before the display turns completely off, but if you wish, you can use this time until then seconds) to go forward. As the second measurement commences, the “timer” of the TPG will reset and it will be ready to take a third measurement. The best part of living in the city! (Well, maybe it isn't unique to me, but it certainly is to 2. ) * 3. The reliability of the device is excellent - I've used it for perhaps 30 times and there has been no malfunction yet. As far as the durability of these tires, it's hard to tell now, but they seem to be pretty durable so far.

I even checked the tire pressure in raw three times and kept getting the very same number each time. In other words, if you don't use it as a hammer or intentionally throw it, I can't imagine why it wouldn't last for a long time. 4. )

3. This is the price for the item For a device of this caliber, I believe that cost is reasonable.

Verdict 5 out of 5 stars - It has a cool feature that makes it a great tool for measuring tire pressure. The following is an update (Sept In my capacity as a reviewer of this TPG, I've received a question about the batteries and the battery discharge indicator this morning. I decided to do a little research. . . The results were bitterly disappointing - this TPG doesn't have an indicator to let the user know its batteries are dead and the battery icon on the display is just a fake that doesn't change when the batteries are severely As long as the batteries are OK, the gauge should work just fine. But if you turn on the gauge and it doesn't launch, most likely the batteries have been It occurred to me to decrease the rating to 4 stars, but I ultimately decided not to do so. Despite this “incorrectness”, the TPG still works as it should, and half a star instead of a full star is still worth giving it.

Pressure gauge that is reliable and well made
5/5

This pressure gauge has been in my possession for quite some time, and I've used it many times already. Besides that it uses standard AAA batteries, it has a large back-lit LCD screen, and it has a large body With an accuracy of 1/100th of a pound, this display is highly accurate. Although I have not yet been faced with the need to check tire pressure in the dark, the LED for illuminating the valve stem does not yet appeal to me. Another digital tire pressure gauge of a different brand I own is not all that I liked about it, but the AstroAI Digital Tire Pressure Gauge is. Tests were repeated multiple times on the same tire to ensure no variation in the results were obtained and the results were the same each time. My automobiles work fine with this gauge, but my motorcycle requires me to get a true shot at the valve stem due to the brakes. In the event they are re-elected Rather than have a straight head on this gauge, I'd suggest the use of an angled head to fit into tight In addition to that, this product is really great.

One of the best consumer tire pressure gauges available! It is only marginally more expensive to replace the batteries on an old tire pressure gauge when it dies - that's why I purchase them so often
5/5

It has to rank as my favorite consumer grade tire pressure gauge out of about two dozen that I have owned. There's a sense of industrialism to it, it's accurate, and it gives you a reading of tire pressure to the tenth (e. g. The number should be 25 rather than As of now, it has lasted a few months and is In terms of build quality, there are some areas that need improvement such as the neck being attached to plastic that could break with stress or a few drops, but this is an issue that is found on all consumer-grade gauges. The book is definitely worth buying, and I rate it 5 stars.

The battery does not need to be a coin! I'm so happy! They feel sturdy and accurate, as well as easy to use and read
5/5

One of the best things about this is that AAA batteries are used instead of coins. In the past, I have been using a similar pressure gauge (a popular item on amazon), but it required not one, but two different coin batteries. Because I wasn't going to order two sets (which I usually have to order in bulk when it comes to coin batteries) when the batteries ran out (*2 years of seldom use), I just tossed them in the garbage can. I expect that the batteries in these will last for at least a year, but when that time comes, I can replace them easily.

A tire gauge that is simple to use
5/5

My first experience with a digital tire gauge was when I was a child. It is a nice unit, it fits nicely in my hand, and the display of the device is bright and has large digits for easy reading. It can also be problematic to seat some tire gauges correctly without exposing air. This one is not for you! You'll be surprised at how easy it is. Push the power button to turn it on and then keep the unit firmly on the stem of the valve. It usually takes less than a second for the digital reading to appear. The pressure can even be measured to a tenth of a pound. You can stop the display from turning on automatically by holding the power button for a few seconds, or by pressing the power button repeatedly. The gauge is really good and I would buy another one.

Its accuracy is excellent, as well as its robustness and ease of I broke my previous digital air pressure gauge about the third time I used it - There was a plastic nozzle on the gun
5/5

With a metal nozzle that points straight out, this one is stronger and enables me to get a tight seal on the valve stem much more easily. I also didn't have to cycle between all the readings each time I used this one - unlike my old one that kept me on the reading I liked (PSI in my case). There are also AAA batteries included that can be changed easily. As an interesting fact, after a tire is checked, the computer holds that reading for approximately 30 seconds, about the amount of time it takes to put the valve stem cap back on and move on to the next tire, and then resets to zero for the next tire The only issue with the gauge is that there is no pin that can be used to let some air out of the tire when needed.
