There isn't a MILTON S- on this list
3/5

920 I placed an order for 3 Milton S- 920, 0- Tread depth gauges with a 70 psi tire pressure gauge. br>What I got were 3ea of the very cheap generic 0- Without a tread depth indicator, 100 psi gauges are available. br>I ordered gauges from the United States of America. It's safe to assume that the items I received were made in China. br>I was extremely dissatisfied. Less than a perfect score.

One of the most precise tools I've ever worked with
5/5

TPGs (pencil tire pressure gauges) are known for their low quality - I just tossed a $2 item out the door. 99; You could rely on them in the 1970s and 1980s; today, you must exercise caution and spend time looking around. br>br>This Milton pencil TPG is dead on, in the sense that it is exactly where it should be on all four tires. Most of the time, they're turned off, and you have to calibrate a minus or plus on the cheap junk. There is no air leaking once the gauge is turned on - Isn't that a brilliant concept? br>br>It's well made, as described, and has some weight (plated brass), as opposed to the cheap stuff, which is featherweight. br>br>It'll be nice to have this around, and I'm thinking about getting another one for the glove box.

Great buy! It's accurate (I tested it), small, and cheap! I bought this tire pressure gauge to keep in my car so that I can always tell if my tires are low
5/5

This is a handy tool to have and it is extremely compact, so it is easy to fit in the center console, glove box, or even the side door compartments, which is especially useful for me during the drastically fluctuating temperatures in the early winter time. I counter-tested the gauge with a built-in gauge at an air-conditioning station, and it was very accurate. a gas station's filling station, and my father's trusty old dual head chuck Pressure gauge that is both compact and accurate. Don't waste time comparing different gauges or money on the more expensive ones when this little guy is convenient and fits almost anywhere! Buy this gauge, trust me!.

When technology fails, fall back on the old ways
5/5

When the tire becomes soft, they tell you to use a pencil tire pressure gauge, despite all the tech nonsense on the car. You're supposed to check your tires every time you fill up or every other time you fill up, but we rely on technology because we've all gotten too fat and lazy to do so. Technology, on the other hand, warns us that "this indicator may not be accurate. " Use a tire gauge to determine the pressure in your tires. " Which is exactly what you should be doing to begin with. It's a tire gauge, to be precise. It works. Look at the tires, people.

This is a very nice pen gauge
5/5

in addition to being correct! I bought it because my other gauges were off and I trusted Milton to deliver a quality product, which proved to be correct. I asked the technician to compare my tire to his calibrated unit while I was getting it fixed. He was more than happy to help, as he needed to double-check one of his. The little Milton, on the other hand, was dead on with the shop's calibrated guage. It wasn't the case with his digital one. This one is plenty accurate and reliable for the glovebox, even though it isn't intended to be high precision. At the very least, I now have a known standard against which to compare my other suspect gauges, and the tire tread gauge is a nice bonus. I like to use it to ensure that I rotate my tires on a regular basis for maximum life. It's a great little unit at a good price.

Made in the United States of America! It was designed to be simple and effective
5/5

Made in the United States of America! Digital gauges have ALWAYS let me down when I've tried them. Only a few times a year do I use them. They'd be dead on the rare occasions when I needed them. Two different digital gauges were involved in this incident. I now have this in my glove compartment and am no longer concerned about that issue. The reading on this gauge was identical to the reading on my digital gauge. The added benefit is that I didn't have to disassemble it and fiddle with an inconvenient battery assembly to obtain the same result. It also has a tire tread depth gauge, which is a huge plus.

This was something I was hoping to enjoy
3/5

This was one of those movies that I really wanted to enjoy. metal . produced in the United States of America The following are the readings on a 35psi inflated tire: 40 psi, 50 psi, 35 psi That was as far as I got before it went into the trash can, where it was thrown with vigour and accompanied by a few choice words.

For passenger cars, it is inaccurate
3/5

This gauge may (or may not) work well with higher-pressure tires, but it consistently reads 4 psi too high on the 36-psi tires on my passenger car. Furthermore, the gauge is calibrated in two-pound increments, resulting in less accurate readings. br>br>It costs around $5. At Home Depot, for just 00 more, you can get a better, more precise pencil gauge. For a little over three bucks, I picked up a Husky brand gauge, and based on comparisons to other gauges I own, it's spot on. I tossed the Milton in the trash.
