Is this kit compatible with the 1997 5? Is it possible to have four tritons in one engine?

Sadly, no; I have a 1999 E150 with the 5. 4 Triton. This one was returned to me. For the M14x1, I required the Timesert 5553 kit. 25 Kit. It's quite a bit more expensive; it's listed on Amazon for around $434, but I paid $434 for it from a shop in Pennsylvania, which included overnight shipping.

Is this compatible with the Honda Shadow 600?

For striped threads, this is a fantastic solution

I bought a 12mmx1 time-sert. 25 for repairing a motorcycle's spark plug thread. Yes, it's pricey, but it's a fantastic solution to my issue. The quality is excellent, and it's an excellent way to replace threads that have become damaged. The only issue I had was that the driver tool was too long and was in the way of the bike frame. For the seat cutter, I eventually made a shorter tool out of aluminum stock.

Helicoil is a tool I've used a lot in the past. They're easy to use, but they're not strong enough for some jobs. Time-Sert solves this issue by using a solid steel insert rather than a thin metal coil. They come in a variety of sizes, but this spark plug kit is designed for use with spark plugs. They aren't cheap, but neither is a cylinder head replacement. I'll never use helicoils again after trying out this simple kit.

Although a little more expensive, this kit works extremely well, was simple to use, did exactly what it was advertised to do, did not break when used, and can be used many times more. This is an item that is truly professional. There isn't much of a learning curve.

I quickly repaired a damaged spark plug. This is an excellent resource. Without removing the head, I was able to quickly and easily replace a stripped spark plug. The money was well spent.
