This kit, p/n 0761D, is for 7/16-inch tubing. The exhaust bolts, I believe, are 3/8-inch in diameter. 16 requires the 0381 kit and the 33816 tap guide. Please double-check the size once more to ensure accuracy.

The drill bit was bent when it arrived

I spent a little more money on better tooling, but I ended up with a bent drill bit. I assumed it was the chuck on my drill having a good time. So I quickly checked it in my drill press, and sure enough, the bit was pretty bad. It's so bad that it's useless. Fortunately, I had a good size bit on hand that was the right size. I would have been extremely irritated if this had not happened. Even so, the quality fell short of my expectations (I have cheap drill bits from China that are at least straight). Aside from that, this kit is excellent and performs admirably. Simply look for a wobble in your drill bit and replace it if one exists. It is not to be used. I'll send a letter to the company to find out what they have to say. When you pay a premium price for what is supposed to be a premium product, it's disappointing.
