The disks are unknown to me in terms of size. Every one of them has a letter attached to it. As I was trying to remove a wheel bearing, I had to match disks to the bearing, which took a few minutes. Once I had the disks matched, I was able to remove the wheel hub and replace it within
Although I suspect the odds are favorable, I cannot confirm it for sure. I was able to do the rear bearings on a 986 S model with this kit since it was complete and had all the parts/sizes I needed. If you are doing the job, you will have a lot of options to choose from. I saved a great deal of time using it.

I've used it in quite a few shops and work as a pro auto tech with ASE certification. I bought this one for myself because I like it. If you take good care of it, it will last for years and years. Of course, if you really try, you may screw it up when you first use Moreover, I wrecked the bearing for the forcing screw that comes with it when I built my second vehicle. For 9 bucks, I found a much better bearing to fit my kit on amazon. It is super heavy duty and fits
Nice ball bearing 608VBF53. Has a 7/8-inch outside diameter and can take the abuse of being up against other parts of the It is my pleasure to assist you.
I very much enjoyed using this tool set. It allowed me to pull the hubs and replace the rear wheel bearings on a 1980 Porsche 911SC with 40mm x 40mm x 80mm measurements. It was easy to understand and use the instruction manual. Pelican Parts' SIR Tool Kit is much less expensive than the full SIR Tool Kit and the reduced SIR Tool Kit for Porsche 911 that I was considering. Please find attached a photo/table that shows the measurements converted to metric in case you find that helpful in determining whether this kit is suitable for your needs. In response to the other buyers who posted good reviews, I am grateful for the confidence that they gave me in placing this order. It hasn't been a regret.
I used it to replace the front wheel bearings on my 2000 Honda Accord, it was easy to use, and it saved me from having to take the entire knuckle off for pressing out the bearings. There is one negative about this tool, but it's not a big deal since it accomplished my objective in a short period of time. The plastic locking is brittle, and breaks easily. I had to tie it with zip ties to keep it secured. When I am finished with it, I tie it up. However, the tool is fantastic in every other way.
I would have paid more if I was on the market. I am amazed. The sheer power of it. am a working man, so I have a large press and a full set of impact style wheel bearing press tools in my shop, as well as whatever hammers and lumber I may need. Eventually, I loaned my press to a fellow mechanic who ruined the threads and won't guess, this did not go well for him, but let's not get too carried away. In order to find out how much it would cost to buy a new impact style press, I went to Amazon to see what it would cost. After reading reviews on this OEM set, I decided to order it. Watching the videos prompted me to explore YouTube's videos in more detail. The plan was to see what happened if I tried it. After buying this set, I was able to complete a wheel bearing repair on a rusted Chevy almost immediately after delivery. Even though it looked like it would be extremely difficult to remove the bearing, I climbed through the directions, muddled through the instructions, and finally found my way. My shock was that it smoothly pulled out the hub when I assembled all the necessary components. It pulled out the bearing smoothly when I reconfigured a moment later. It didn't take a lot of energy for me to impact. The bearing was centered in the knuckle with no effort, and I pressed it in easily. 5 minutes later, I reconfigured the set once more. It only took one more part swap to put in the hub I read directions as well as performed the process, which took about 30 minutes, with the knuckle still attached to the vehicle. The smooth, durable, and well built items I used to complete this task were the first time I ever had such a good experience. For mechanics who are advancing and are in a hurry, this is a valuable tool!.
I used it on a '01 Porsche Boxster for the rear wheel bearings. It has all the parts needed to remove the hub from the carrier and to remove the bearing. The carrier was still attached to the car as the job was completed. As a result, the ball joints do not break, control arms do not swing, or pressing the press fails. It would probably be possible to cut the work time in Quality is in the tools and the cases. You don't need to be afraid to break.
This is a wonderful tool for anyone with a repair shop, and I am kicking myself for not getting one a decade in context and it was relatively easy to use. It can be difficult to press in bearings, and you need a pretty powerful hydraulic press to do it. My initial thought was that this tool did the job more quickly and easily than the press, not to mention the ability to leave the steering wheel.
It was so easy to replace the wheel bearings with the tool. If you want to use an impact on the tool, don't worry, it handled it quite well. So far I have done two bearings, and I have not seen any damage to the adapters or bearings as reported by others. Essentially, all you have to do is keep an eye on alignment and start with the wrench, not the impact. This is an excellent alternative to a shop press.
You can buy this tool in case you need it, so do not hesitate. Trying other methods caused me to lose the same week you did. After I had acquired this tool, I had the old bearing removed within 15 minutes. In about 25 minutes, I replaced the old bearing. I cleaned it thoroughly before inserting the new bearing. If you need it and don't want to pay an outrageous price at the dealer, then you're better off buying this tool.
