Do you have a wall mount for this? You don't have to buy a stand separately, do you?

ordered with or without the stand. The model 6637 is without the stand and the model 6637- is without the stand. A stand is included in the ST.

This is a great compressor for struts

I have found this strut compressor to be very well made and easy to use. My parents used a branick when I was growing up. It is a pleasure to have both of them. It is only because it can be moved easily that I prefer the OTC.

I love it. You can't get a better deal than this A vehicle strut machine for every kind of vehicle. Even obscure ones are no problem for it.

On the whole, OTC is a foolish industry

The spring and arms of the spring are more robust in this model, as well as the clamps for holding it. In the end, all that matters is- It is an improved round. As a result of how it was packaged, I have to touch up a few spots.

My hand was fixed for a fraction of the cost with this tool instead of paying to get one of the normal cheapo rod and clamp style strut compressors to break

I found the entire tool to be well thought out, and following the directions is a snap. IMO, this will have a slight advantage over the Branick for control ability due to the locking trunnions and fingers that clamp on to the spring coil. The only flaw I can see on this is the handle connection being floppy and loose. The mounting bolt is tight, but because of the way the handle is constructed, the handle will wobble around a little.
