The set cost a lot, but it was clear that it was a worthwhile purchase when I worked on the ball joints on our 2009 Ford Escape. Making separation of the ball joints safe and easy was made possible by this device. As well as the little case, this is a good product. You are happy.

There were no issues.
Thread carefully the first time because it hasn't been deburred yet. Thread the thread with tap oil or WD40, and then clean it off after fully tying the thread.

It is acceptable to use the material

Although the tool is made of decent material, I didn't find that it fit all tie rod ends well I tried it on my Kia Soul, and it didn't work that well. You'll have better luck screwing the castle nut in upside down, and tap the tie rod with a hammer to loosen it.
