These are the ones you want. This is a solid gold set for an aircraft mechanic, thank you very much. As far as I am concerned I have the ability to separate the usual thin fuselage fairings from sealant quickly, painlessly, and without introducing dissimilar metal corrosion as I have often experienced. If you're using aluminum, use a razor blade made of steel. I'm going to gouge you for a buck and a half Make sure to squeeze as much out of it as possible. I like these because the stout butt can be small hammered if needed, the belt sander can sharpen as needed, and an 8th can be cut off the "tsuba", so it won't roll away as quickly. The really good thing about them is that you can dig them into sheet metal without causing any damage to it. There is some give in the plastic, but these are a good value at this price. The fact that they have four helps clear and pry sealed panels apart.
The tool worked even better than I expected when I bought them to remove old, discolored 3M clear protective film from my car's mirrors. There are harder ones out there, but I haven't yet found a job that specifically needs You can use them for many things, including to clear cobwebs from crevices and to shape In addition to being easy to clean, and because they come in so many shapes, they are great for when you don't want your hands touching something (or you need a bit more reach), and when a metal tool would scratch or otherwise harm the object you are working on. One or more of these tools are part of my most frequently used set.
In retrospect, I shouldn't have purchased them. They are very softer than I expected. I bought them to scrape the rubber gaskets off of motorcycle jugs, but it wasn't the right choice. If the tips are used against metal they will flatten out and become distorted over time. Good news a quick stroke of the bench grinder brush sharpens them fully in just a couple of seconds. These are such soft plastics that I'm surprised. This product would be more versatile if it was made of a harder plastic.

As I acquired these I bought them to scrape a clear bra off the front of my RV, and I was worried that they would scratch my paint, but I was wrong!
