I have had success with it, yes
The answer to that is no. A plastic package is all that's provided
had a 1979 GMC K20. The tilt steering did not work, so I replaced it with another one. My guess is that the C & D would agree with me The 10 / 20 models have the same column as the K models.

I finally got a return on my investment! My chevy van tilt conversion from the 70s worked great using the tilt mechanism. This was due to the hub adapter shaft bore being too Without thinking too much about it, that hub adapter was sticking very hard! In my opinion, it wasn't seated down far enough for comfort. As a result, I had to remove it. That paint chipped my new paint job, so I had no option but to take it off. I found this little "gem" while looking online! ''
It was like a lightbulb! As far as tools go, this one is pretty powerful! A thick washer is attached to a 1/4" thick flange. There was no use for those screws! I went to eighth grade. Using the washers, the closest points are 1 1/8", and with the washers, they are 1 3/8". The widest point is 3", and I am glad I had waited for it! I am Larry.
In the past, I have purchased several pullers from our local auto parts store You can find parts in Aluminium alloys were used in them and they were not durable. The hole in the puller was stripped out by one. When pulling a steering wheel, another puller bent to the point of breaking. In order to make sure that the steel puller could handle the loads, I specifically requested a steel puller. We were more than happy with how this puller worked. Despite a few hiccups, the steering wheel was able to be pulled. I would recommend this puller especially at this price. The only reason I gave it a 4 was that the washers and two bolts weren't included in the package when I received it. It is impossible for me to say who is responsible If the manufacturer is a manufacturer, the post office is the distributor. As far as the package was concerned, I would assume it was a mail delivery.
There was a hole in it large enough for the nut to fall out, and when I received it, it was missing. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5. As I checked the Amazon envelope, it wasn't in there or lying on the ground. Assuming it had gone missing before it was packaged by Amazon or whoever packaged it, I guessed it was stolen before being I had a 5/16 - 18 on hand, so I went ahead and used it There were 16 extra nuts lying around, so I was able to replace the lost one with them. Apart from that, the program worked fine as I was able to delete and delete the files To install my steering column lock, follow these steps The plate slides easily onto the plate. A great product.

The steering wheel on a 1962 Oldsmobile could be removed with no problem using the cable. Even though the bolts that came with them did not fit my wheel exactly, they threaded in enough for me to hold on to the wheel as I tightened the center bolt to remove.
It seemed to be of good quality and I had the steering wheel removed within minutes of taking it out of the package. I have a 1964 Mercury Comet but this seems to be universal.
In my 2003 Yukon, I had to grind one of the arms because one was 1/8" longer and presented too much of an angle for the puller to work. It fit (the width was right) but I had to grind down the other arm before I could use it. fix it. Because this nut is also used by the larger puller, it is not clear why it was removed, so I apologize. The shrink wrap packaging was intact. Out of the package, this is deserving of a much lower score, but it is the only tool I could find for the narrow puller, and I was able to use it (eventually). Additionally, it will last for a long time because of its durability (stays in my toolbox), so I gave it a high rating. It won't work out of the box, so don't expect it to.
I rarely swap steering wheels, but when I do, I borrow one from Autozone. Having one on hand now, especially at this price point, has been a game changer. I can easily replace my old and worn steering wheel in my MX-6 with this product due to its ease of use I will start a new Cipher with number 5. I recommend it!.
It worked exactly as it should. Adapters for the steering shaft are included in two sizes. tool that pushes on the lock plate feels hefty and should last a very long time. Before I ordered the tool, it took me 15 minutes just to replace the lockplate on an old pickup, and it took longer to remove the tool from the packaging than to do it myself. Whenever you need to service a steering column, you must use this tool, it saves you a lot of time and effort!.
