It was initially a bit of a mystery to me why we needed For a while, I tried to remove the stock steering wheel with a hammer and manually, but it would not come off. So The wheel could be removed easily to and from my vehicle in 60 seconds, instead of the usual minutes it took me with muscle, hammer and This is a must-read for anyone interested in health and fitness.
I expected it would be small and didn't think much of it It was important to me that the screws were screwed in as far as possible as I had heard that they were going to strip easily. In order to get rid of the dirt and grime in the holes, it was helpful to screw them in, then out, then back in. I then tightened the center bolt and was able to remove the wheel easily.
It is a sure thing if you want to take out the stock steering wheel on a RZR you cannot do it without this wheel. No other puller will replace this one. I have owned every possible puller you can imagine. It really seems like I have every single puller in existence now.
(2) M5 bolts were too short for my application. I was able to fix this by purchasing two M5 x 40 socket head cap screws that were longer. My model did not work with the piece since it was a quality piece. The models I am not familiar with are not mentioned here.
Thus, the screws work, but you might want to use longer ones before using them. When using the ones that come with the puller, you are only able to screw into the steering wheel two or three threads at a time.
I used this on my 2019 Polaris RZR XP1K, it worked great, literally took 20 seconds to remove the factory steering wheel. If you want to upgrade your wheel, this is the way to go!.
