On this Stanley 5 gallon shop vac, there is no room for storage. If you look at the pictures, you'll notice that there is no onboard storage.
I've got the four-horsepower model with the handle. Wheels aren't available. Because it is a 220 volt plug, I do not believe it can be plugged into a converter.

To begin, I've added a vacuum cleaner to my collection! We have far more than a typical family could ever require. We do, however, have a herd of cattle dogs who enjoy shedding. a shed shed! Shop vacuums are used so frequently that they usually last 3 to 4 years. Because I despise sweeping, both inside and out. Additionally, shop vacuums are ideal for use as a blower. Nothing ever gets put away in our house! When my little one died last fall, I was completely heartbroken. So I went out and bought a new one (not from Stanley). It had been a dreadful experience! From the beginning, there were missing parts, but Amazon Tech Support was fantastic. I accepted their offer to return it, which I did. Then I went on a two-week search for another small shop vacuum. I stumbled upon this. I absolutely adore it! It's absolutely perfect: it's light but not flimsy, has excellent suction, and the right hose length. The only drawback is that the cord is very short, but I just bought a cheap brown 6 foot extension cord to make up for it. It should remain plugged in.
This vacuum cleaner is fantastic. You must pay close attention to the instructions. It can be difficult to get everything set up. I've included the images so you can properly set it up. This is what I use to clean the ashes from my fireplace, and it's very effective. Just make sure the paper filter is in place and fits inside; the instructions were a little unclear, so I hope this photo helps. You must keep the blue filter turned on. At first, I mistook it for a wet vacuum cleaner. This, however, is required for both wet and dry vacuuming. The vacuum bag is made of paper and is used for dry vacuuming. Best of luck!.
I recently purchased this, and the recommended replacement bags do not fit (the hole in the bag is WAY too small). I figured it wouldn't be a big deal if I just went back and ordered the proper bags. After some investigation, it was discovered that no one can locate the appropriate bags - The V-model -1 to the most recent model, and they already don't have the bags you require. It comes with one bag, so you can use it for a few jobs, but after that, this thing will be a brick.
In a 5 gallon vacuum, there is a 4 HP motor. The same motor is used in the line's larger vacuums. - Use the Shop Vac Bags 5-pack for replacement bags. Replacement Filter Bags for Shop Vac Vacuum Type E, 8 Gallon - 9066100, 90661, 90662, 90663, 90664, 90665, 90666, 90661, 61 (Pack of 5)- Because they have the 2, they function perfectly. They have a 5 inch mounting hole and are actually larger than the vacuum bag that came with it. , They also included a very useful handle on top that doubles as a cord wrap, which their competitors have yet to figure out. Also, if you don't want it to move around, you don't have to mount the casters; however, if you do, a little silicone spray or grease on the shafts will ensure that they go all the way in and stay in.
The vacuum works perfectly, but that isn't the problem. br>br>The replacement bag for the 5 gallon Stanley shop vac (SL18115P) recommended by Amazon does not fit (the opening is far too small). It's nearly impossible to find the right bag in any location. Even on the Stanley website, people have complained that replacement bags for the SL18115P 5 gallon shop vac are difficult to come by. The only option I see right now is to buy these bags and glue your old ship bag opening (which is made of paper) to them (as someone on the Stanley website has done).
This is the worst vacuum I've ever used; even if you drag the vacuum just a little, it tips over and spills water all over the floor. CANNOT FIND BAGS ANYWHERE; you'll have to do a lot of research to find a substitute, and you'll still be unsuccessful. The suction works until it tips, at which point you must remove and reseat the top. I'm not sure how this passed any quality assurance tests, but my recommendation is to PASS. Oh, and it's lightweight, which makes it ideal for toppling over.
I purchased the 5 gallon Peak 4 horsepower because it is the perfect size. I've already used it to clean off leaves, dust, and leftover birdseed shells from my deck. It's a powerful shop vac for what I need it for, and the suction is incredible for its size. br>It was also delivered in good condition, with no damage, and it looks exactly like the picture, with all of the tools and equipment / attachments listed in the shop vac's manual. This purchase has exceeded my expectations.
Keep your kids away from this machine, or they might end up with a limb stuck halfway down the hose. Under the car seats, are there petrified fries? Gone. Are there bug carcasses in the garage cracks? This is no longer the case. All of the components are effective at removing unwanted debris and yappy dogs. I would strongly suggest it.
