This was purchased to replace a smaller shop vac that had failed. This one is much more powerful and capable. I was skeptical of the wrist remote at first, but it's fantastic. I've become accustomed to using it on a regular basis. It's much more convenient than lugging around the entire vacuum just to get to the on/off switch. I simply wrapped a long hose around the remote and used it. I'm going to get a second one for work because it's so good. It has a nice boxy shape and can be mounted on the wall, so it's small but holds a lot of water. An exhaust filter is one of the small details. When I've bought DeWalt tools, they've always been good, and this one is no exception.

Opening the box and sorting the parts took ten minutes. br>It took me 10 minutes to mount it on the wall. Cleaning the garage takes 10 minutes. br>Removed the wrist strap from the remote and zip tied it to the handle on the end of the hose for the implements. It really works. I'm not sure if I'll like it tomorrow, but I paid more for this unit than comparable spec units because all of my DeWalt power tools have performed well. br>The only problem is that I couldn't figure out how to connect it to the sawdust discharge on my power saw. It appears that a sleeve is required. DeWalt, you show a sleeve connector in your video, but you don't include it or even sell it. As a result, I printed one on my 3-D printer. The printer was a D model, and it performed admirably. The technical specifications are as follows: The tube is 3" long and has a 1" OD. 96875". The saw end's identifier is 1. 1. 65625" and For the vacuum end, use "78125" (make each 1. 5" long).

Just buy it, you'll like it promise. I literally filled this thing to the brim with ultra fine fine fine saw dust from sanding and the motor still didn't change tone as if it was full. I finally had to open the thing because I figured it had to bel full honestly I have no idea how the thing was still sucking up anything it was so full. I use it as a dust collector and also strap the Bluetooth thingy to the handle of my chop saw, hitting it with my thumb just before cutting and then turning it off when I'm finished. genius. Not me. a void well. Me too.

Also comes with a nice long vacuum hose. This is a fantastic getaway. I'm a big fan of the Dewalt brand, so when I saw this product, I didn't hesitate to buy it for my workshop, and it's been great so far. I also like that I can take it off the wall and use it wherever I need a quick pick-me-up. It's simple to set up. So far, another good Dewalt product; all I need now is an adapter to attach to my power tools to catch the majority of the sawdust; it would be nice if Dewalt offered different size adapters to fit your power tools. They might have them, but I haven't yet discovered them.

I put it in my car port so that I could easily access my vehicles. Its suction is comparable to that of my neighborhood car wash. This is very well-designed, with a place for everything (no more "Where do I put these attachments so that I can find them when I need them but they aren't in the way?"). " It's not too loud, and it's light enough to move around with ease.

The ideal solution for a garage or anywhere else, thanks to its powerful suction and ease of wall mounting. When you need portability, simply pop it out of the wall mount bracket. A long hose that can be tracked almost anywhere, as well as a wide range of accessories.

The wrist watch with on/off is a game changer for cleaning up or when cutting on the saw, and the price was good compared to other Dewalt vacuums. With no delay, the light turns on and off quickly.
