I could not fit a 3/4 black pipe through the hole, but it was well cast. A lighter tube would definitely be a better option. As long as I adjust the ID a bit, you're good to go.
In my case, the stand pipe has an ID of zero and I need exactly a 1" diameter. A maximum width of 892mm is reached at the The reason I kept it is because it will come in handy at some point. I ordered a aluminum one and mounted it on a lathe so it could be milled.
I ordered the exact same product and it worked perfectly.
It was a struggle when we tried. There is too little space in the center of the hole. Despite our efforts, the casting was too thin and broke when we made it larger. This is a POS that you shouldn't do business with.
