I'm not sure if you mean it pumps liquid either clockwise or counterclockwise from the drum into the dispenser, or if it can reverse the flow by rotating the handle counterclockwise? The pump is designed so that only the hand grip can be turned clockwise. As the handle can also be turned counterclockwise, in reverse you would probably shorten the pump's life because the internal design is not very efficient when you are trying to reverse the flow.

When it comes to viscosity, what is this pump's maximum capacity? It would be great if a soap that pumps thicker than honey was available. I thank you for your help. ?

The acid base has low viscosity, so I use it for acidic bases. I do think it would be able to handle it, however
