It is a pleasure to hear from you and thank This pump should stay safe and leak-free if it is secured safely within the back of the truck so that it does not get thrown around or thrown against the walls. If it keeps getting tossed around and left unsecured, it is highly likely it will pop off. It has a nice seal with thumb screws that help keep it in place.

Approximately how thick can you pump a fluid with this pump? It is not important how fast you go. ?

Even if the pump is loaded to SAE 68, it will not become fatigued.

You can transfer a liquid to an open container if you only want to use it for this purpose

In the case when you want only to transfer liquid to a container with an open top, it will work fine, at the expense of being a bit slow. You cannot pump a fluid up from this pump because it's very low pressure and there's no pressure check valve You can define a vessel as a line in which something is contained.
