Tera Pump 2nd Generation Two Pack I bought two of them. It makes sense for me to fill my 5 gallon gas cans whenever I go to the town over from me because their gas is on average 30 cents cheaper per gallon, and I must go there for appointments often, so I fill them up. Because I am a small woman, I am unable to lift the 5 gallon gas cans into my gas tank and hate asking my husband to do this job for me. It is the first product that I have seen that uses a manual pump to pull fluid upward. I can now fill my tank with this pump instead of leaving the can on the ground when I need to fill my tank between trips to the cheaper gas station. Tam very slowly helped me pump two 5 gallon cans into my car in just over 5 minutes, and that was only because of his enthusiasm. The tool is sure to go faster than I thought. This is an incredibly easy to use program. The ability to pump the gas from the ground up into a gas tank is easy even for small women.

My expectation is that they will work well if they are needed in a disaster or periodically to empty barrels. They work well for the job at hand, and I am confident that they will work well in the future. You can easily pump them and they pump quickly. You do not need to put much effort into it. A small disadvantage is the fact that the "drain tube" isn't very durable, especially when it is being used I discovered there is a replacement tube on the company's website, but unfortunately I'm unable to figure out how to replace the broken tube.

The device works well as a syphon as well. As long as the fluid line is higher at the source than it is at the target, you can just pump two or three times and fluid will keep flowing.
