This was a cheap pick up. Reviews said that it would work well with small engines and other similar things, so I wasn't sure about its It is really difficult to build with a good build quality. This case is very badly made and the latch does not work. There is oil and a gritty residue on the adapters. It is necessary to clean out the threads by running oil back and forth along the end pieces in the same manner as tapping them. You slip the rod into the handle and it does not fit well, so it falls out easily. In order to move the tool from one valve to the next, the adapters do not stay attached to the screw adjusters. Although it does work fine as long as you learn how to deal with the problems that arise. The tool helped me easily remove the valves from a pair of Volvo Redblock 8v heads, and it seems to be more than capable of completing the task in the Most Harbor Freight items can be found at Home Depot A set of style Chinese tools is nice to have as a backup when you work on valves every once in a while. But not as a stand-by if I did it all the time.
The exact thing I was looking for. It was a perfect solution. Honda 3 rebuilt from the ground up. A motor head that can drive two J motors is included. As you may have read in other reviews, I could not understand how this tool could be bent. As long as the valve spring is compressed enough to remove the keepers, the whole process is completed.
I used the valve job kit on my 1978 Yamaha XS650E to change the valve. This tool didn't even sweat about the fact that the largest adapter was slightly smaller than the retainers on my bike. I would not be able to buy other bike kits that were so expensive, so this tool represents excellent.
My cylinder head was rebuild, and I did not know there was such a thing. I was able to remove valves in 20 minutes. This is a 20 valve Audi cylinder head.
The interface is simple to use, and it is a much better option than $120 Motion Pro. Excellent value for your money.
I am using it on air-conditioning systems A motorcycle cylinder head with a cooling system. For these jobs, it is the right size.
This valve spring is perfect for my little TTR 125.
Intended results were achieved. I performed a valve job on the 60 Nash Metropolitan, but my only complaint is that you need to hold the round part that goes on the spring otherwise the tool could move and go over the retainer of the valve.
