In the engine pressure tester kit, you will find 4 different sizes of brass adapters, as well as two universal push-on connectors. Despite its impressive range, this cylinder compression test gauge is not suitable for most diesel engines because it only measures 0-325 PSI, which is significantly less than the compression of most diesel engines.

There is a 3" dial fitted with a rubber cover that protects the gauge from damage. The quick coupler on the bottom includes a pressure holding function please press the release valve before disconnecting. For added security, ensure the knurled grip ring at the bottom of the quick coupler is pushed all the way back to lock the quick coupler. A 14mm brass adapter is attached to the 16" long rubber resin hose so that it can be connected directly to 10mm 12mm 14mm 18mm adapters.

In the event of failure to close the throttle plates, severe damage to the engine will be caused if the throttle plates are left wide open when testing. There is not enough room in the spark plug adapter for the threads of the spark plug to catch. In order for the ends to seal, the hold in place rubber ends were too long.
