How much more do I need to pay?

I don't think so. When I tried the basic features and 16 reset functions, I did not have to pay. When I tried doing the bi-weekly instalment, I had to pay. It requested that I pay $49 to Directional Control. It is not an essential function for me, so I am okay without it.

If a stereo and pcm are replaced, will it be possible to program stereos to the 2013 Dodge Charger as well?

Now that I've read more about this, I have more details. Reset functions of car diagnostic tools usually refer to some special functions such as SAS, SRS, or ABS, while OBD functions refer to basic functions such as reading and clearing codes on the car scanner. You only need to know what your car can do and how your tools can diagnose it.

Although the item is great, there are some issues

I would have given you five if you had asked me. I gave it four stars, but when I tried out the product, I found that it would fail after clicking on live data freeze frame etc. And it would say that there was an error, so I had to start from scratch. Nevertheless, I may have only been deflected by my unit. My interest in it was strong and I was convinced it had potential, so I recommend checking it I would have rather had this scan tool but apparently Matco does not return diagnostic tools, so I can't get a refund. The MATCO MAXLITE is a horrible scan tool, don't buy it.
