In order to examine the gas for any amount of ethanol, I want to test the gas. This seems to work, but does it?

Do you have a tester that works with E10 fuel?

If you use E10 or 10% ethanol fuel, it will work. The first line from the bottom of the tube is 10%.

Does this tester tell me if the gas I buy is ethanol free gas if it is marketed as such?

This is an insufficient size

This is a very small place. There are no words to describe how tiny this is. The idea of testing at the pump appeals to me. You'll need an eye dropper to fill it without making a mess because of its size. The picture shows how difficult it is to set the level of water to begin with. Having a wide margin of error is problematic. Because of the price and the fact that it was glass, I got drawn in. There is no need to waste time or money on this.

One complaint I have with this test is that it didn't have a fill line. It just stated to fill the test to the neck. I don't know what you mean by that.

Those who have used it so far have found it Although the delivery was terrible, the quality of the product was good. As the driver drove into the front yard, he just threw it into the bushes.

Worked for me. This product is made pretty cheaply. It will seem kind of dumb of you to spend the money on one of these once you realize how simple it is to test ethanol content.
