The gauges are quite effective, and in my experience they appear to be fairly accurate when tested with air pressure

The hoses are shorter, so there is less refrigerant that can leak if you have to hook it.

For the price, it's a good product

The gauges are very accurate. There is nothing wrong with the price. I just wish they had come with anti-static pads I have found blowback fittings elsewhere that are less expensive, but they do not Neither a leak nor a spill has occurred.
