That's correct. The water in the upper tank is used for this purpose. Despite the fact that I have yet to use the item, I did inspect it and discovered a knob in the top, back corner of the toilet that you use to manually pump water into the bowl. There are no batteries, unlike some of the more upscale toilets where pressing a button is all that is required. I can't say for sure how long that mechanism will last because I just got it. However, the product appears to be sturdy and long-lasting in general. Let's hope the pumping mechanism is in good working order as well.
We didn't include any mounting brackets.

Because the hole where you pull the handle open to pee does not completely seal, urine splashes back up and all over the seat and floor. We didn't want to use it any longer, so we went to clean it out, and urine poured out of the pull hole as we tried to empty it into the (awkwardly placed) emptying hole. We're glad we figured it out before we did anything else! This is, without a doubt, the worst purchase I've ever made.
However, because we are not always near a campground bathroom, it is ideal for late-night potty breaks for tent campers. Also, there were coyotes howling the last time I went, so not having to go far was fantastic. Pumping is a breeze. I placed decals all over it so that first-time users would know to pull the pump UP. The pump grab handle is shallow and difficult to grasp for me; I believe this could easily be fixed, and the height is comparable to my home toilet. It appears to be short, but when I placed it next to my home toilet, I was taken aback by its height. I like how the two pieces separate so you only have to carry half of it to the toilet to dispose of it.
I bought it for camping during Covid because I feel safe traveling through campgrounds, with the exception of the bathrooms. The toilet is small, so it might be difficult to use for a very large person, but it's fine for most people. It's simple to set up and use, and it's also simple to clean.
Suitable for use on a boat If you don't have anything to help you up or strong legs, you can go a littlebr>low. This is the only option that works.
It's the ideal size for my campervan conversion. I'm a plus-size woman, and it works fine; it's a camping toilet, so it won't be as comfortable as your home toilet, but it'll suffice. It's simple to operate, maintain, and transport.
I won't be able to use this item for another month or two, so all I can say for now is that it appears to be of good quality and design, and that it should suffice for my needs. In terms of its usability and long-term durability, Only time will tell if they will last in the long run. As of now, I'm satisfied with my purchase (at least for the time being).
Unfortunately, it didn't work out for us OLD FOLKS because the price was a little too low, but we never used it. As a result, we were forced to give it back. br>Thank you very much.
