According to the description, the mounting base measures 3 inches by 1 inch A quarter inch It is a good thing that the mounting holes are 1 1/2" x 2 3/4". In terms of quality, I am satisfied with the parts and would purchase them again and recommend them to others even if they do not match up in holes. We can always use better parts than the cheap ones offered by manufacturers. It would be logical to think that a product of this value would be built to last, but today, you have to search and shop around more and more to catch them by surprise.
The wheels haven't been on for a year, but they work great, and with the material they are made from, I don't expect any rust to appear.
Spring load is absent, but it stays in place
Using this model for my Cargo Trailer, I was able to attach a walk-through When working (parked), the door is open. As a result, there are no issues driving on the highway. Regardless of why you feel the magnet would be useful, it is metal and will hold whatever is required of it. The strength of your magnet and the intended use of the application must be taken into account. If I were using this item, I would recommend it instead of plastic waste. It was replaced with plastic once and it became brittle in less than 6 months.

Stainless steel with chrome plating The metal one should last longer than the plastic one it's replacing, even if it rusts. This is a long one, so here it is Six inches [15 cm] is the same as 15 cm. There's one with a diameter of 10 cm [about 4 inches]. In a nutshell,.
The product works well and does not have any defects. It is wonderful to know we can still find quality materials at a good price. I would buy from this retailer A cheap plastic door latch broke on my cargo trailer and I replaced the latch with this product. All holes lined up perfectly with the bracket and holder of the stock door catch. Having been installed recently, it is not possible to say at this point how it will stand up to weather and the Nevertheless, the new metal catch holder and bracket provide a much more reliable, robust and reliable design than the plastic latch used by the manufacturer.
Suitable for the job. I have used it as a door striker for my horse trailer and it works great. These can be found on both our slant load heavy (single) back door, as well as our If you don't install them carefully, they will get pinched and bent when your doors open because they will hang out into where they swing. In addition, we installed a magnet to keep them flat against the trailer when not in use (otherwise they swing out and a fussy horse can bend.
The door catches on a Doolittle Bullitt Series 7' X 14' Cargo Trailer have been replaced. Thanks to the exact holes of the old catches, I was able to use the old latches, which worked beautifully once I tweaked the shape a bit. In times when the latches were newer and not so sun bleached, they worked just fine. As the weather and sun played havoc on the plastic, it began to break down. When a Scout grabs the door to close it without unlatching it first, the new metal parts will hold up much better in the strong wind.
There's far less breakage from it than it had from the plastic one. Having said that, I have only one problem that isn't the fault of the manufacturer. That is that the screw pattern is different compared to my old one. This was not a big deal, and it did not materially affect the quality of the final product. Compared to the original plastic part, this one is one hundred percent better. As well as being fast and affordable, shipping was also.
The material is of good quality. The drop is not a drop-in replacement, but rather an in-place upgrade The rubber ones that were on my 15-inch monitor were replaced by plastic ones It is a Haulmark utility trailer of about one year old. The door is almost vertical when it is open, so the connector will not connect unless it is directly across on an angle In order to make it work, I would have had to put spacers under either piece so it would line.
My order was based on the belief that they were stainless steel and original type fittings. Two of them were bought, thinking if one broke that the other soon would follow. A good example will be a door that opens sideways, but needs a spring like storm doors do. Or the door that is frequently used, in which case it can work. It does not seem as if the style I need is available from the manufacturer.
The spray paint was applied and it started rusting after only a few days! The product will NOT be ordered again by me and I will NOT recommend this product.
