Steel is used on the outside. There is resin inside the leg, but it has cracked and broken. I don't recommend buying it.
This appears to be a standard RV table foot size of about 2", as it appears to be the common length of RV table legs
The wood screws I used were 5/8" in diameter. It is designed and works correctly.
There is a taper in the hole. In other words, if 2in PVC fit, it will need to be tapered in order At the moment, I am unsure of the exact dimensions, but the height is between two and three inches.

You need to fill the cavity inside with epoxy in order to make it stronger.
Anyone who has read reviews before buying is probably aware that this is true. The durability of the products has been criticized. You'll need it if you're a camper. Is it really necessary to have these made of steel or cast iron? These were the perfect fit and it took about 10 minutes to replace both base pieces and one on the table.
I prefer the "breakable" ones since they keep the floor underneath intact if someone leans on them too hard. There is a clearly marked "made in China" stamp on these products. Despite my frustrations, they offered a good price and fixed me up without much problem.
It was a direct replacement for my Puma with the exception of There seems to be no difference in the quality of metal between OEMs and aftermarkets. The old table was broken because someone put too much weight on it. My only wish would be for the metal to be thicker and still line up with As a replacement, it works just as well. The table legs fit into the holes snugly, and all the holes line up.
Previously, the United States and In order to withstand the forces from use, versions made during production were thick. As long as they are maintained, they would never wear out. Despite the fact that I have not replaced them, my trailer table from 1987 is still in good shape. It seems ridiculously thin what's available right now. A layer of just enough thickness to survive 90 degrees Can the warranty be extended beyond the standard period of days? If it were possible to pay more for a great product, I would The mount has been made. However, there is nothing but this flimsy Chinese garbage available now. The interior of the box was stuffed with a mixture of polyurethane construction adhesive and sawdust. The system will be strengthened enough to do the job, I hope.
an RV table base that has been modified. The replacement supports I needed for the RV table breaks I had in my RV were exactly what I needed. In order to improve stability, I filled an empty space with rock hard putty (No More Wobbly Table)
Adding putty to a base doesn't add a great deal of weight. We can't say exactly how well the product will endure without time and use.
Perfect little base for my regular RV table legs. It fits the ones that came with my RV perfectly. Based on a 1x2 ft piece of plywood covered with carpet, the base has been mounted on the floor. My RV base can now be positioned anywhere inside or outside the vehicle, and I can use one of my existing table legs and tops in addition to If I don't need it, I have an extra table that takes up very little space when it's As an added bonus, I also covered my table legs with carpet so they are great places for cats to scratch.
The same low-quality material is being used here The metal that travel trailers are made of today is of high quality. I found it to be light in weight and it has the same hole spacing as my old table base. It is a problem with these that the metal will break at the flange where it is screwed to the floor if you put too much side-to-side stress Cheap and easy to replace, they are a good choice. It is simply a matter of doing it regularly, especially if you have children.
After doing a great deal of reading, I came across some people who mentioned the overly lightweight construction, but I agree with some others who pointed out that these dinettes are solidly made for travel trailers. You might want to give it some thought. It would be perfect if I could have used a heavy duty cast iron base that is so well attached that when I accidentally lean into the table, there is no movement and all the screws come out! Buying more than one is a good idea even if you don't need them both. During the course of replacing an obviously broken one, I realized the other one was damaged as well, Is exactly how I expected it to work.
