If the . needs to be replaced, then replace it with You may be able to use this simply to replace the gasket. As for the fluid filter kit, it is probably necessary if you are going to replace the gasket. I did like to buy the gasket separately. Don't do that. It is likely that I will never use this extra gasket. You shouldn't waste your time and money shipping it back. The order I placed was a mistake.
