My 99legacy outback 5 speed worked perfectly. 'Old one came out pretty straight forward. If you intend to drive the pin out, you'll find that a 6- or 8-inch punch is most efficient. It was difficult to put the pin back in. An open hole about 3/8 inch deep was drilled on the end of a round stock to be used as a holder to reassemble The pin needs to be installed. My tool will be posted once I have taken photographs of it. The final result was perfect and now the shifter is no longer writhing about.

I have a 2005 Subaru WRX that is 100% perfect. Having a pin is a bit of a hassle with this, as it does not come with one. Since I was able to reuse my old one, it didn't matter to me, but if you want to replace it, you need to buy one as well, since It feels like a new car thanks to its shift mechanism.

To fix the common slop in Subarus from the early 2000s to the mid 2000s, you'll need the following part Cars with a high top speed. We offer fast shipping on new OEM parts. It is highly recommended to purchase a return spring pin while making the installation since the original spring is often not acceptable for 2-inch wheels. I might as well go ahead and get it for 3 dollars.
