In general, the switch is fine, but it is not the right fit for This is despite the cross reference indicating otherwise. The bolt was too small for the hole and fit right through it. Researching the 74 Chargers, I found that there is a larger one available. I found that the right size should work. Three different places listed the wrong size for my car when I checked them.

I have no doubt the part is good quality, but the threading somehow extends past the opening for the part

The item I received was different from the one pictured, but either should have fit perfectly. I think it was because the part has been updated, but either should have had no problem. In order to fit the part, I will have to make the opening just a little bigger.

IF YOU LIKE ORDERING THE WRONG PART, YOU MAY ORDER IT FOR ME. If you see an advertising error, you should act on it. According to the advertisement, this is not the switch on the driver's door of a 1977 Corvette. HAS AN ELECTRICAL SYSTEM THAT USES A THREE-PIECE SWITCH, WHICH IS A TWO-PIECE SYSTEM. I don't know if it works with the driver door, but it works for the passenger side.

In my 89 Chevy I bought this thing for like 2$ or 4$ and I have it still in the door after 3 years and it has saved me from battery drain and interior lights being on but be careful taking out the old part so you do not break the wiring.

The 85th section of the 10th chapter. It works just fine, but the collar on my 85 C10 is a little long, so it is difficult to close the door when you put it on. I can feel any spring back in the door when I open it.

I feel the product is of good quality and seems fine. The reason for 2 stars is that it does not fit the application as Amazon claims it does. The "71 Dodge Dart" will NOT fit the "72 Dodge Dart".
