This switch requires a lot of space behind it, both for the protruding switch itself and for the connectors required on the sides. If tension from behind occurs, it will cause the rocker switch to push out of the bracket. There will be no way for the large white switch cover to It might work if you have room behind the trailer to drill a 1" hole, however, my trailer (box trailer) has a thin wall, so it's not a good choice for my purposes.
This was such a life saver, since I was planning on adding some recessed lighting to underthe cabinets of my camper, but was dreading having to cut out another hole to install There is no need to cut another hole in the wall to recess it with this switch, so you can put it on top of whatever material you are attaching it to. Plus, this switch still has a sharp clean look to it.
Worked like a charm! Besides the double switch for accent lighting, there was a tiny rocker switch for the main overhead lights in our camper. It is so much easier to find the switch now that I replaced it with the triple.
They have great value for the money and are easy to replace older, dated switches with. I didn't quite get the quality I thought I would, but for the price, there's no beating it. The only reason they were given 4 stars is that they felt chinsy and were not as well made as they should have been. I have to say, for the price, it is unbeatable!.
They're large and easy to press. I made the letters with the help of my wife. It gives you a good idea of the size since they are 3/8" tall.
A modular-type switch and two switches make up this kit It is about half an inch deep because it is a cover unit. During the construction of my Southwind 35A, I installed mine in a highly visible location near the RV kitchen sink, where I also added an LED light fixture close to I do not think that splashed water would cause any harm to the switch set while doing the dishes because of the way it is constructed. A light switch like this has a much nicer look than a standard RV In general, the switches in this RV are well built and should last a very long time.
Identified the switch that we already had in the I am happy with the results.
