Exactly what I was looking for

There are no problems with lights coming on randomly. Exactly what I was looking for. Lighting won't come on by accident anymore, neither will the alarm go off in the middle of the night. The issue with the door being ajar has been fixed

My 2002 Ford Explorer XLT V8 was having a door ajar issue, so I purchased this to fix it. In this particular part that I received, I noticed that two of the prongs were a little burnt, so I'm not sure what the problem As soon as I installed the new cable, the problem seemed to be fixed so maybe it was an unrelated issue Here's the problem.
