I can't say for sure since my vehicle was a 2006 Honda Accord, but my guess would be that they would function just fine since they are the same manufacturer. One of the simplest ways to make sure it's the real problem is to take it out and look at it.
My memory is that it was only on one side. It takes a lot of time to take them out after they are installed.
Since I use them in a 2010 Honda Pilot, I am unsure of their quality but Honda does usually offer most of these parts at a reasonable price

It would have been ideal to have all the flash bulbs working, but only one did. A brief update In my ignorance, I did not realize that the bulbs work only if they are placed correctly. Although flipped over and tried the other way may not achieve the same result, there is no way to tell which way they go. I was at fault for that. The bulbs have four little LEDs in them, but they work on only three of them at a time. The lighting is good enough, but one of the overhead lights dims a bit more than the other.
