' There were no copies of these for my 2013. I was quoted more than $100 by the dealer who couldn't guarantee that I would receive the right part or that it would My risk paid off as I took on these and they turned out to be a great investment. I am posting this for the benefit of the next person. It was myself who installed it. I was able to complete it with the help of a couple YouTube videos. On the picture attached you can see that the number on the switches I took out (original) is slightly different compared to the switch I am not sure if it makes any difference, since the latest ones work.
The first light in the apartment went out, then a month later the other one did too. initially thought the problem was wiring related, but I replaced the switches first to determine if it was indeed a wiring issue. The first set of two that I received worked just fine, but then one of them blew after a few hours. In the end, I returned both and got two I've been using them for a few months now, with no problems. The process of installing them can be seen in a couple of videos online. A faulty Honda dome light switch was directly replaced with this part. A 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour had the replacement done. I took about 20 minutes to replace the faulty part after watching a YouTube video. This is a very simple process. The switch looks and works the same as OEM switches. Using just a Phillips screwdriver and a small pick tool was all that was needed. Changing the switch is as simple as removing the old one and replacing it with the new one. It is a really good.
