👍. Perfect in every way. This trunk lid bracket fit exactly like the one that was previously on there, the holes were perfectly aligned, and all I had to do was disconnect the cable from the actuator so that I could comfortably remove the actuator and then replace it on this bracket, reconnect the cable, and connect the two rods on the bracket. If you haven't done this before, it will probably take about 15 minutes more or less, depending on whether you have already removed the trunk cover, which has 13 screws. The trunk has now reverted to its previous state. This was for a Volkswagen Jetta GLS 1 that was manufactured in 2001. 8T. For the time being, I would suggest this product to anyone who may require it. 👍👍.
