I was very disappointed when I received the product and discovered that it was broken. I had to return it. When I visited their website, almost all of their products were sold out, and it didn't appear to be a fully functional website.
Shipped quickly, took less than 5 minutes to install, and was well worth $125 compared to paying nearly $450 to have one installed at a Toyota dealership. Thank you so much for creating such a fantastic product.

A socket wrench is the only tool required. The entire process took about five minutes, and there have been no issues with trunk closure since its installation.

Installing it is simple and takes only a few minutes. On a 185k mile Camry, it appears to work fine, so hopefully it will last a long time.
Operation is available in both electric and manual modes. The manual activation rod is included, as well as one clip.
I'm hoping for another eight years from it.
