You can mount this to the fender, in my opinion

Especially keep in mind that the metal fender cannot touch the threaded studs of the circuit breaker. It is crucial to insulate the studs from all conductors, including the metal fender, because they are carrying battery voltage. It is my hope that "Tony" *.

You need two nuts and washers in this kit

Would have been nice to have them included. Circuit breaker is fine, but at the very least they ought to pack the nuts and washers you need in order to use it. I would have to make a separate trip to the hardware store to buy the nuts and washers, I would have bought the breaker there as well. Would it be possible to include hardware in 04?.
