Replace the breaker in this fuse box is an expensive endeavor. It is true that there are cheaper off-site options As we do not wish to risk failure and be left stranded in the middle of the ocean, we decided to buy the ghis Bussman model.
It's sturdy and reliable. As a quick disconnect for my vehicle's battery, I use this on my RV. As a result of a pinched cable that was shorting out my system, I installed this unit in place of the fuse that had blown. Once I determined the problem with my wiring, I was able to resolve this tripping issue. In terms of performance, it was perfect!.
There's nothing less than heavy duty about this breaker. The chassis has a nice solid plastic composite body, sealed on the back. The power connections are made from stainless steel with toothed screws. You can reset or trip the circuit manually with the trip/reset feature on washer nuts. A breaker like this was used to replace the fuse for the power tongue jack on my trailer. There lives a breaker on the other side of the world Then I just hose off the clean frame when it gets muddy / dirty.

The Suzuki Boulevard comes equipped with this as a kill switch and heavy duty main breaker. I have not encountered any problems with it for the past several months despite being exposed to the elements. It will not be known what it is like until something goes wrong. The only con I could find was that there were no cons. I gave it five stars.
I was able to hook up our RV wiring in no time.
