Hi, it won't be rated for continuous duty at 200A.

Can you tell me what the lug size of the battery cables is?

Terminals are 1" in diameter. It is dependent on the amps you would like to pull and the length of your cable as to what cable size you should use. Those details can be found with a quick Google search. A fire extinguisher is a must if you plan to pull anything close to 200 amps. For this relay, it is recommended to have a maximum amp rating of 60/70.

This is a better relay than Bosch's

With this, I was able to turn on and off my car's 2 high amp radiator fans. I can't use the conventional Bosch types with my fans because they don't have the power. Eventually, my terminals melted one by one over time, until one day they just melted together all at once. The item is fantastic (actually this and another just like it were purchased from a different seller), no issues at all.

This is a heavy duty machine

The 12 Volt heavy duty relay is excellent. This was used on a fan on my Mustang. In my case, the 30 amps almost melted (almost). According to what I can see and the heavy duty nature of the connections, this one should last for a long time.
