A 2010 model with automatic air conditioning did not have this option. When you plugged it in, the blower would always run at a meeting speed, which was difficult to figure out because there was no such thing as an Auto setting on the car's heater control. We discovered that visual comparisons are required. We found a unit in a junkyard that looked good but had terminals that were slightly smaller, so we had to modify it.

This was ordered for our Toyota Scion xA, which was manufactured in 2004. With Prime Shipping, this item arrived in a timely manner. A small box containing the resistor was placed in a much larger box with no packing peanuts or padding. This, however, had no effect on the functionality. It was simple to put together and fit perfectly. Our air conditioner is now turned on at all times.

Wiring harness and original pigtail did not fit.

It simply does not work in my 2004 Toyota Scion xB. The pins do not line up with the original pins, and the plug does not fit.
