I regained control of the fan

To reach the burned out blower resistor in my 2015 Kia Soul, I had to lie down in the passenger footwell. Fan control was restored after a relatively quick installation of the new unit.

It's too loud and ineffective! This blower left a lot to be desired

Either it's broken or it's not of good quality. On all settings, it is extremely loud, and I despise having to use it. Even on high, it only blows a small amount of air. It is not something I would suggest. We just put it in place, but it will soon be replaced with a higher-quality model.
